I’m looking for 4–5 women to be part of something I’ve been working on behind the scenes 👀

If you know me, you know how much I love strength training, especially building strong glutes and a strong back. I’m finally turning that passion into my first Built & Balanced training program!

Introducing: The Glute & Back Blueprint.

A structured, 8-week beta version of my upcoming program designed to help women build strength and muscle, with an extra focus on glute growth, back development, and full-body strength.

I’m looking for 4–5 women who are ready to commit to the process and help me test the program before its official launch.

Here’s what to expect:
• Structured workouts with progressive overload
• Exercise demonstrations, substitutions, and a workout tracker
• Support and weekly check-ins from me
• An opportunity to give feedback and help shape the final program

You can train at a commercial gym OR a well-equipped home gym! I’ll provide exercise alternatives based on the equipment you have.

I’m offering this first beta round at a special discounted founding rate in exchange for your commitment, honest feedback, and help making this program the best it can be.

You don’t need to be an advanced lifter. I’m looking for women who are ready to show up, learn, get stronger, and be consistent.

When the Christian community you’ve been praying for becomes a reality. 🥹🤍

Our very first Christian Girls of Myrtle Beach event!! Seeing so many women come together to move, worship, connect, and build Christ-centered friendships was such a special reminder of God’s faithfulness.

A HUGE thank you to Kayla with @builtandbalanced.fit for leading us through an amazing worship workout, and to @smoothseas_ for the delicious Fruit of the Spirit smoothies!And thank you to every single woman who showed up, introduced herself to someone new, and helped make our first gathering so special. 🫶🏼

But most of all, thank You, Jesus! ✝️ None of this would be possible without You. Thank You for putting this community on my heart, giving me the courage to say yes, and bringing these women together.
