Comment “Protein” and I’ll DM you my 25 Protein Packed Breakfast Desserts Recipe.

Recipe:

-Start with 80g “quick oats” (easier to microwave)
-Add 1 cup of water or almond milk.
(you may need to add extra to keep it from being dry)
Tip: You want to it to be soggy and slightly watery.

-Add 1-scoop of @jymsupps Tahini Vanilla Protein (25-30g of protein/serving)
-Mix well until powder disappears

-Add 150g of Blueberries or Frozen Berries
-Add 15g of Almond Butter

Fuck the scale!
I’m one pound lighter than last week, but I can CLEARLY see that my legs and bum bum are getting bigger! LMAO

The scale is just one small tool in the arsenal of a lifestyle gym-goer and bodybuilder. Don’t let that number control your outlook on your progress!

Use your eyes. Take your measurements. Pay attention to how your clothes fit and how your body is changing. Trust the process, stay consistent, and stop letting one number dictate how you feel about all the hard work you’re putting in. We’re building something over here!

3 years of living together! (Ops I forgot flowers.. 🤦🏻‍♂️)

SHORT STORY:
Back in middle and high school, Linda and I would go weeks, sometimes a whole month, without seeing each other. We lived an hour apart, and for years, seeing each other meant relying on friends and family to make it happen. We were long distant MySpace relationship babies.

My friend would drive me to see her, and her sister would bring her to see me.

But no matter how far apart we lived, we always talked about one day having a place of our own.

Almost two decades later, here we are. Three years into living under the same roof, building the life we used to talk about.

Crazy how something we once dreamed about is now our everyday life. Time flies…

The older I get the more I realize this is no longer just to look good. The more clients come to me in pain, unable to move, lacking muscle mass, mobility, and flexibility the more I see exercise is PREVENTATIVE medicine. It’s a lifestyle that will forever pay dividends and benefit my mind, body and soul for years to come. That’s why I do what I do.
