Year 23’ 24’ 25’ & 26’ from 155-175

Life has been lifing! 😂

But one thing I’m happy about is I finally gained the 20lbs I’ve been trying to gain for the past two years or so. Now the real work begins.

The focus is muscle mass, building my body, and getting back that definition. 💪🏾 I’m not chasing the scale anymore. I’m chasing the physique. 👏🏾

Proof that consistency compounds.

Every workout. Every meal. Every setback. Every comeback. Every early morning, every moment of doubt, every time I chose discipline over excuses—it all added up.

From rebuilding my life to rebuilding my body, I’ve learned that the hardest battles are won in private. There were days I wanted to quit. Days when progress felt invisible. But I kept showing up—not because it was easy, but because I believed the woman I was becoming would one day thank me.

This journey has never been about perfection. It’s been about persistence. About honoring promises I made to myself, even when no one was watching.

This isn’t the finish line. It’s just another chapter.

Still under construction. Still choosing discipline. Still becoming. Still not done. 💪🏾🤎📈✨
