The planks a little different this weak (peak week) but this has been the formula for the past two years.
Biggest change happening this year is instead of taking Saturday and Sunday off we’re going to push a constant 2-On 1-Off rotation and see how recovery is.

Full Torso day @wolfgyms_houston
Second year of dropping every exercise down to 1 working set the last 2-3 weeks out from a contest and recovery is great. In the past trying to keep the volume I had at the beginning of prep either cause my strength to drop significantly and/or it led me to feeling like absolute garbage.
I still get tired but it’s nowhere near the same.

QUESTION: How often should I practice posing
ANSWER: as often as you can because the more time you spend doing a thing the better you become at that thing, but those of us who needs some structure here’s a great guide. #posewithruff #classicphysique

Don’t expect others to understand your grind, when god didn’t give them your vision.

Only a matter of time 🙏🏼

Something I learned years ago in my time in the military. They would quote Mike Tyson “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face” it’s at that point you revert back to reflexes and those reflexes are ingrained through training.
