Power couple in action

I’m out of the states for almost 6 weeks, I’m missing my best friend and our cats. A new chapter of my work life has begun, Sarah’s support keeps me grounded while being on the other side of the globe and I’m so grateful and secure knowing we’re in each other’s corner even with such a distance between us

I love you Sarah Bowman! Squeeze those cats a little extra for me

The PWR Aura is filled with the absolute best vibes. 💖💙
The PWR House is more than a race-day sanctuary. It’s our little corner of the world where we come together, hype each other up, laugh a little louder, and celebrate what we’re building together.

As always, THANK YOU to everyone who pulled up at the Manhattan Beach Grand Prix and brought the energy. From the sidelines to the tent, you made the whole day feel like a celebration of us.

This is PWR. The racing. The community. The energy. The people who make it all worth it.

You all made the PWR House proud. 💖💙

Huge thanks to 📸 @snakegod_cyclist for finding the moments between the moments. Every frame captured the heart, energy, and spirit of the PWR House.

Steamboat Springs became the next chapter of our summer road trip, where our adventure centered around @sbtgrvl #GRVLFemmes. 💜🚴🏽‍♀️

After months of Zoom calls, group chats, and Monday night @gozwift rides, eight women from California, Georgia, North Carolina, and New York finally turned screen time into hugs, laughter, and miles together in real life.

Our eight-woman crew brought incredible energy all weekend! As co-captains, @blaccswann and I had the privilege of leading the #femmestones —Team Betty on the 53-mile Red Course and Team Wilma on the 108-mile Black Course. No matter the distance, we showed up for one another every step—and every mile—of the way. We even came home with the Unity Award, a reminder that this weekend was about so much more than bikes.

One of my favorite moments came after the weekend, when @blancablancablanca got home and immediately started looking for her next gravel event. For me, watching experienced road cyclists fall in love with gravel was just as rewarding as the ride itself.

While my girls floated down the Yampa River, I found my own adventure returning to SBT’s familiar gravel roads before unwinding in the hot springs.

A huge thank you to @allclubs_la and @destroforhire for believing in this team and helping make the weekend possible.

And then there was our “little” Steamboat friend. 🐻 We spotted him throughout our stay, so it felt only fitting that he made one last appearance on our final morning. I’d like to think he was there to send us off… even if he was just passing through. 😅

Our summer road trip still had one more chapter to tell… 🦬

THANK YOU, Femmestones

The dream to support more women on the start line has become something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

The Femmestones p/b All Clubs joined the 2nd annual SBT GRVL Femmes event. Our team was guided by @blaccswann & @lissa.muhammad whose wisdom, nurturing leadership, and vision created the foundation for something truly special. Under their co-leadership, what could have remained a group of acquaintances grew into a genuine sisterhood!

The result was eight incredible women from across the nation becoming a village allowing their authentic selves to shine and everyone’s goal being equally important. Whether chasing the podium on the Black Course or clipping in for their very first gravel ride, this collective made everyone’s pedal stroke meaningful and essential to the overall mission of all women on the start line.

To every Femmestone:
@blaccswann | @lissa.muhammad | @bumsesh | @faith_irv_rides | @jledee_ | @emdamour2021 | @leena.coon | @blancablancablanca

Thank you for trusting the process, leaning into this team, and helping build something real through the fundraisers, the group chats, the shared miles both in person and virtually, and in every personal moment of connection that made this collective what it truly became❤️

A heartfelt thank you to every collab that made this possible:

@pedalersfork, @canyon_road_, @destroforhire, @sbtgrvl, & @gozwift.

Together, we built community, grew confidence, and proved that gravel cycling has a place for every woman willing to show up.

See you in 2027!!!

Gravel, thin air, and thick vibes. ⛰️✨ Steamboat Springs definitely lived up to the hype🙂‍↕️. The racing was incredible, but the best part was the off-bike mileage. Loved getting to reconnect with so many familiar faces and meeting some amazing new people who make this community so special. 10/10 weekend.

Well it’s a wrap! The #femmestones came to @sbtgrvl and had a blast. Was it easy? Hell no. Would I do it again? Hell yes!

Special shout to @allclubs aka @diamondbackcarbon for bringing us together. I couldn’t have picked a better crew to do this with. I appreciate @blaccswann and @lissa.muhammad for keeping all the things in line. I’ll miss our meetings and showing off my gaggle of pets. Love our kits designed by @destroforhire as well!

We also have to thank @bumsesh for the video of the bear. I wanted to pet it. Lol!

Well… until the next adventure. 😘

new bag day 🤝race season

the perfect bike bag does exist 🙌 @orucase Janus Duffel has become our go-to for crits, gravel weekends, and all the travel in between. water-resistant inside and out, duffel or backpack carry, and a spot for everything (the removable stuff sacks 👀) that keep all the little things from disappearing.
it’s been making race weekends a lot easier, plus it’s backed by a lifetime guarantee.

SCNCA Race for the Bear Junior & Masters Criterium Championships was one for the books! Great energy from start to finish, and the PWR squad absolutely held it down. A big thank you to @eldoracing and everyone who came out to cheer and support the team!

Huge congratulations to our PWR podium finishers:

🥇 Angela Valenti – 1st Place [ First race! ] (Women 4/5)
🥈 Melanie Liu – 2nd Place (Women 4/5)
🥉 Erika Quinteros – 3rd Place (Championship: Women 35-39)

Special congratulations to all the ladies who pinned up and left it all on the field: Cassady, Ayodele, Minerva, Danielle Z, Danielle W, Erika, Angela, and Melanie. Your determination never goes unnoticed, and we couldn’t be prouder.

That is how you make a statement on Championship Sunday. No backing down, no limits, just pure power and executing as a unit. This squad is elevating the game, the fire is lit, and we are just getting started.

As I get ready to head off to go my thing in Serbia, I gotta say how proud I am to be Sarah’s partner in this thing called life

I’ll get back home, we’ll go off to L&F together and then she’ll head off to do her thing and then we repeat this all summer and into fall; ultras, crits, gravel, guide work!

We’re gonna be together for some of it but most it we’ll be apart for big chunks but we’ve been doing the work on and off the bike to be the best support for each other through these journeys!

The cats and I will be holding down the home, cheering for you the loudest and missing as you guys are me right now! I love you!
