Thank you all so much for joining ESO at our Esplanade cleanup! We picked up 57.7 pounds of trash, with 19 attendees, totaling to roughly 3 pounds of trash per person. Together, ESO has picked up almost 300 pounds of trash just this past year!! Thank you for making our community a cleaner place and removing potential microplastics from degrading into our soils💚🫶🏽

Shoutout to Fina and Yucen for their 18.6 pound bag!

Here are some cool things we found:

Styrofoam (a lot of it)
Training bike Wheel
Bike lock
Fake candle
MIT hat
Rusted pliers
Shoe
Six cans of beer displayed

We've been amazed by the outpouring of support we’ve received in our 2025 Winter Clothing Drive! We’re still sorting and tallying up the final number of donated winter gear, but first, we’d like to give a big thanks to our incredible partners!

From dropoff sites like @REI, @CityFeedAndSupply, and @rxstrengthtraining, to generous donors like @TDGarden and all the clubs, companies, and organizations that held private donation drives, this year’s extraordinary haul wouldn’t be possible without you.
