🌮🔥 THE LEGEND OF TACO GEORGE RETURNS. 🔥🌮

THIS FRIDAY. SATURDAY. SUNDAY. @the_tacover_uk

Last time Taco George rolled into town in 2023, we walked away with FOUR awards out of five. 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Three years later…

WE’RE BACK.

And we’re bringing three completely different tacos into battle:

🔥 EL BARBECUE CLUCKER
The smoke pit BBQ is coming out for this one. Charcoal BBQ chicken thigh, smoke, fire, burnt pineapple and some serious Mexican flavours. This one’s coming in HOT.

🍤 EL BANGKOK PRAWN STAR
Mexico takes a wrong turn and ends up in Bangkok. Southern fried shrimp, Thai green curry, Nam Yam, coconut, chilli and crunch. Absolute chaos in a taco.

🍫 EL CHURRO LOCO 🌱
Our vegan dessert taco. Crispy cinnamon-sugar taco shell, fried churro, coconut dulce de leche, chilli, dark chocolate and fresh lime. Sweet. Salty. Spicy. Filthy.

In the immortal words of Nacho Libre…

“GET THAT CORN OUTTA MY FACE!” 🌽😂

2023: 4 AWARDS OUT OF 5. 🏆
2026: THE LEGEND OF TACO GEORGE RETURNS. 🌮🔥

Three days. Three tacos. One more crack at glory.

As Nacho would say…

“I am the gatekeeper of my own destiny.”

So fuck it.

LET’S GO WIN SOME TACOS. 🌮🏆🔥

WE NEED YOU!

If you’ve followed us for a while, you’ll know we’re constantly obsessing over every little detail of our burgers. Recently, we found a new bakery making what we think could be the best potato buns we’ve ever used... and we’re pretty excited about them.

They’re slightly bigger than our previous buns, which gives the burger a bit more structure and helps stop it going soggy. They’re super soft and fluffy, but they spring back into shape instead of collapsing after the first bite.

The biggest win though? Consistency.

We’ve been pulling our hair out with previous suppliers because buns would arrive in different sizes and even be baked differently from batch to batch. When you’re trying to build the perfect burger, those small details make a huge difference.

So we’d love your help.

This weekend we’re testing out these new buns at @prettydecenttaprooms. Come down, try the new buns, then drop us a DM and let us know what you think.

🍔 We were invited to @burger_fest_uk 2026 in Richmond, London as official judges to help crown the festival’s best burger.

During this amazing event, we reviewed all 16 competing beef burgers. After a full day of judging, one burger stood above the rest and was awarded the coveted ”Burgerdudes Best Burger belt”.

Join us behind the scenes as we meet some of the UK’s best burger restaurants, taste every single entry and reveal which burger took home the title.

Follow the link in our bio or story to watch the full video on our YouTube channel.
