Moving through emotions is not always easy. There are moments that we can truly feel like we are the very emotion we are feeling

Video journaling is some thing that eye’ve done consistently over the years that has helped me unpack, all of my emotions it’s allowed me to self soothe, and to become responsible and accountable for how eye choose to feel.

Video journaling is not for the faint hearted. It takes an immense amount of courage to be able to look at yourself and to speak honestly and boldly without, (that’s the keyword) without judging yourself, you’d surprise yourself how efficient you can heal just from self reflecting,

so this is my call to action moment for you. Eye share this video of me working through my emotions to encourage you, the very person reading this post, to do the same we can no longer want a different life doing the same old patterns, it’s time for us to step outside of our comfort zone and you’re not doing it alone.

Share this video with somebody that you like to keep you accountable and to somebody that you are keeping accountable for becoming responsible for their emotions.
