Ok my loves. I am restarting my IVF treatments in 2 weeks. Will do 3 back to back. At my age, I still have a small chance and if you know me, you know I just can’t waste a good opportunity. Thanks to the women who struggled before us, IL has one of the best mandates for fertility treatment coverage, and BCBIL health insurance has the best plans for small businesses.

Last year, life revolved around IVF. This year, it is back to me, my health, Zoey, and my family and IVF will fit in it. @burnbootcamplakezurichil you will continue to see me. 💪🏽

Armed with knowledge and experience and support from my amazing boyfriend and a global group of fellow warriors, I am optimistic as usual that everything will work out just fine. Please send us your love and positive vibes again. If anyone you know is struggling or interested in starting ART, feel free to give them my info. Happy to share what I know.

Life never turns out the way you plan it. It always turns out better! 🙂❤️🤞🏽

Here are my last 3 measurements since February 21st. .
Every day that I choose to:
- Wake up at 4:45am
- Workout 1 to 3 hours a day
- Take a plethora of supplements
- Aim for 180g of protein (and do it!)
- Ignore the cookies, donuts, happy hours, dates, drinking at social gatherings...
.
This is why.
.
Since my last measurement, I have put on 0.035lbs of muscle and lost 0.01lbs of fat. Daily. .
It is because of these choices I continue to grow stronger and leaner. .
It’s a huge part in thanks to @crossfitcodered for giving me a home, @sarahdaniele201612 for motivation and love, @intrinsicrehab for the knowledge and assistance in keeping my body healthy, @jessiesaurusrex for the inspiration and all of the laughs (because those cookies taste like DEFEAT!!!), and @brcameron77 for enduring my endless questions... even the awkward ones!
.
It’s takes a village and I am so thankful for my tribe!

So true! I've been leading a group of ladies and gentleman from all over, even have one new friend from the U.K. in the group. We "virtually" workout together. We are all putting in the work, whether it's the Shift Shop, another Beachbody program, an Aaptiv workout, or a combination of these programs- we hold each other accountable to making sure we are getting in our daily dose of physical activity as well as proper nutrition. I believe the best part about our group is the positive encouragement from everyone; we together are changing our mindset from thinking negatively about ourselves to overcoming obstacles, reaching goals and empowering one another towards living a positive lifestyle. We are making the Shift. 😊
.
.
I would love for YOU to join in on my next health & fitness group; I will NOT let you down and I know my team of amazing ladies and gentleman also will not fail you. We are here to inspire. ❤️
