Last night, the Grow community came together to celebrate three months of growth.

We feasted, told stories, connected, reflected, and cast vision for what’s ahead.

This last quarter, 30 people journeyed together, dialing in their hydration, nutrition, sleep, movement, breathing, stress regulation, and mindset.

There’s too many beautiful things that came from this season to even put into words, but I just want to take a moment to celebrate everyone for the work they put in.

Spring Grow starts next Monday.

Yesterday we had our second meetup of the Grow Winter Quarter — and it was something special.

Real connection.
With ourselves.
With each other.
With nature.

We hiked barefoot through the hills of Laguna, stopped at a beautiful lookout, and dropped into some visualization, meditation, and breathwork together.

This is what Grow is about.

We meet once a month in person.
We meet twice a month on Zoom.
And we stay connected daily inside Volley.

With about six weeks left in this Winter Quarter, the wins have been undeniable:

Energy is rebounding.
Chronic pain is resolving.
Lean muscle is going up.
Unwanted fat is coming down.
And most importantly — people are remembering how good it actually feels to live in a regulated, strong, clear body.

Spring Quarter begins mid-April.

We had our first Grow meetup this morning. About 20 of us showed up in person, with 31 total in the program this quarter.

The focus today was the dream.

The first two weeks of Grow are all about what we call dream weaving—getting clear on why you’re even here. Because if your “why” is strong enough, you don’t need a crisis to change. A real dream becomes a sustainable fuel source. It gives you a reason to keep saying yes to the habits, practices, and choices that actually move your life forward.

We moved through breathwork, movement meditation, partner conversations, and personal declarations—tools designed to get people out of their heads and into their bodies, so the dream isn’t just something you think about, but something you can feel.

It was a powerful morning. Laughter. Vulnerability. Courage. People showing up honestly.

We’re officially off and running

The sweetest ruby heart bombe ring for our dear friend @busymisslizzy to commemorate the birth of her son :) Liz originally thought she wanted an east/west signet with an oval ruby, but when she saw this little heart shaped stone she just couldn’t resist. Tif and I had a feeling that might happen and were excited to make this ring for her. Always an honor to make these special pieces of jewelry :)
