SQUASH CUSTARD:

Honeynut squash steamed, scooped, and seasoned and pureed and then piped back into the shell. Roasted on pick up and finished with Berbere candied pecans, black lime cane glaze, and served over a bed of mizuna dressed with red za’atar vinaigrette and pomegranate seeds. Fall babyyyyyy.

Back taking pictures in my favorite window.

It has been the MOST magical week of celebrating love and life! How lucky am I to ring in 10 years of marriage with my college sweetheart and then jump right into my 35th year!!!? Our anniversary started with Apple picking, then a two-night East Nash getaway, then the coziest birthday with a French breakfast, then cruising the Gen Jax with family, and a pasta dinner complete with pumpkin pie and pumpkin cake!!! I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers 🥹. I felt so much love near and far and am FILLED UP on gratitude for my life. Here’s to another whimsical year! ✨🎀🍰🥧🍷

Cheers to 15 years! 🥂❤️

What a fun weekend getaway in Nashville celebrating our 15th anniversary!

From the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Dolly Parton exhibit, and a visit to Vanderbilt, there was so much to explore! We also enjoyed amazing live music and food along the way.

Such a fun way to celebrate!

Who knew? The humble celery stepped out at the @urbangreenlab Climate Week Cook-off as chefs competed with the best recipe using every part of the celery. Congrats to @1kitchennashville as Executive Chef @chriscrary took home the golden whisk (from defending 2x champ @iamskylarbush)

Waste less. Amen!

A Nashville dinner spot where you’re going to want to try everything. 👀🥙

At @butcherandbee, the open kitchen puts you right in the middle of the action as chefs turn fresh, locally sourced ingredients into thoughtful Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.

The menu changes with the seasons, the plates are made for sharing, and the whole space has that communal dinner-party feeling that makes it easy to settle in for a while.

And you’ll definitely want to save room for the Espresso Coconut Malabi. 🥥✨

Southern comfort meets Middle Eastern flavor, + we’re very into it. 🥙✨

@butcherandbee brings locally sourced ingredients + Middle Eastern-inspired dishes to Nashville, with a seasonal menu that lets the best local produce + proteins take center stage.

Think whipped feta with fermented honey, crispy chickpea-topped hummus, shawarma chicken, + shareable plates made for passing around the table. And with an open kitchen, you get a front-row seat to all the action. 🌿

Whether you’re grabbing dinner with friends or going all in on a few plates for yourself, this is the kind of spot where everything feels thoughtful without feeling too serious.

Even better? Offline Members get $50 to spend here. 🎉
