Drink matcha to wake up 🙅‍♀️
Wake up to drink matcha ✅
At this point, matcha is the morning plan 🙂‍↕️🍵

We’ve tried a lot of matcha, but there’s a reason we keep coming back to @rockysmatcha 💙 The quality, consistency, color, and that smooth, balanced flavor just hits every time. Osada especially has been sooo good in our lattes. Creamy, slightly nutty, with just enough umami without overpowering the drink.

Good matcha really does make a difference 🌟

Okay, hear me out… 😆

Y’all know Quarter Zip is all about matcha. And yesss, that’s our specialty. 🍵💚

But don’t forget… Vietnamese coffee runs in the family too. 😝☕️

Trust me, we weren’t about to put just any coffee on our menu. 👀

Our Vietnamese Salted Coffee starts with bold Vietnamese coffee and is topped with our house-made creamy salted foam. Smooth, rich, and dangerously easy to finish. 🤌

If you’ve never had Vietnamese Salted Coffee before, this is your sign. And if you already have… then you know exactly what we’re talking about. 😮‍💨

So whether you’re a matcha person or a coffee person (or both like us 😆), we’ve got something you’ll love. One thing about us…we’re always gonna make sure y’all get the good stuff 🤝🌟

Testing which sweetener goes best with matcha 🍵

After trying a few different ones, agave is our favorite so far. It blends really well with the drink while still letting the matcha be the star

We used to use maple syrup a lot and we still love it, but we feel like it shines more with flavored matcha lattes since it adds its own unique taste.

Honey was actually pretty good too, but the floral notes can be a little strong and might overpower the matcha for some people

Also re-tested brown sugar at home and… we get the hype now 😭 it pairs surprisingly well with matcha!

Everyone has their own perfect matcha combo, so we’re curious…

How do you sweeten your matcha? 🍵👀

Pistachio Matcha

Actually it’s a “Maple Pistachio Matcha”
We use pure roasted pistachio butter (no added sweetness), then pair it with maple syrup because it complements the rich, nutty flavor of pistachio so well.

Inspired by the pistachio latte trend (yes… Starbucks has one too ), we had to make our own version. And of course we made the OG pistachio latte too. Both turned out sooo good 🤌

Could this be the perfect summer caffeine drink? 👀

These will officially be joining our menu 🤭
Also s/o to my girls for helping curate this next pop-up menu @marissachengg @dmnq.pgyn_27

And… we have another announcement coming:
Our next pop-up will be PUBLIC 🫣✨
Stay tuned for the date

Come see if our matcha is actually as banger as we think it is hehe 😝

A little recap from Quarter Zip 2.0 🍵
such a cool feeling being able to mix the car community + matcha together and seeing everyone actually enjoy the vibe with us.

me & @marissachengg were honestly busy the entire 2 hours straight (+ another hour of prepping before everything started) 😭 but seeing everyone enjoy the drinks made it all worth it.

we served drinks using @midorispring Organic Emerald matcha and it complimented syrups so well. the matcha still stood out without being overly grassy, which was exactly what i wanted when working on these recipes.

thank you to everyone that pulled up, supported, reposted, waited in line, and shared conversations with us 🤍
big thank you to the team for helping make this happen fr. and shoutout to the taste testers too 😆for giving me honest feedback while i was trying to improve every recipe behind the scenes.

currently open for private events & hopefully one day confident enough to bring this to public pop ups 🍵🏎️

*also if you happen to be at the next meet and grab a drink, take some pics for us if you can😁 me & Marissa be so locked in behind the counter that we barely get to see what’s going on half the time. lowkey wanna see if yall actually enjoying the drink 🤨🤣
