Yes, we love control, mobility and all the good Pilates stuff.

But we also want you stronger.

That means you’ll see dumbbells, loaded movement, unilateral work, progressive challenges and plenty of opportunities to build strength alongside traditional Pilates exercises.

And no - you don’t need to already be strong to start. That’s quite literally what we’re here for.

Sunrise, Injune QLD.

We’ve loved this full renovation.

A great house, a great setting and one very impressive shade tree. This project is coming together well and we’re proud to be bringing the vision to life.

Come with me to a video guided reformer pilates session at @method.by.g

As a mum with little ‘me’ time, this is the perfect space to reset and energise. The video guided session was amazing for taking it at my own pace, especially just after having a baby and getting back into exercise.

Connect with G to book your next session! X

Red dirt love.

I had a vision for a couples shoot where it was totally authentic country living. As if you were out checking paddocks with your cowboy. This concept is what ignited the ‘couples retreat’ styled shoot at @mulgabeltliving

Then came along the beautiful and crazy talented Valerie from @bellamae_australia . Her pieces elevated our shoot to new heights and brought our dreams to life. Thank you so much for collaborating Val!

& how great is the @dirodiofficial e-bike??? Jodie and Ian have thought of everything to make your stay at Mulga Belt an incredible experience. This is your sign to book a stay and experience the magic at Mulga Belt. ✨

@shaunafisher_ and @jaysot17 have such a sweet love. A real cowboy and angel dynamic. I’ve loved getting to know them before capturing their wedding next year. FYI Jayson’s highlight of the weekend was definitely the e-bike.

More content to come. 💛
