Never ever did it cross my mind to stop moving my body during pregnancy and it did lots to my mindset too🧘🏻‍♀️
Lotuscrafts provided me the most comfortable outfit including the Heya Pants, Crop Top and Wrap Top. For my adapted practice i use the
yoga mat Oeko Jute, yoga blocks, the meditation cushion Lotus with the meditation mat and a yoga strap. These props are a game changer when it comes to a pregnancy yoga practice.

low boat into L-Sit 🔥 for this one I used two blocks: it makes the boat harder and the L-Sit easier for my arm length. Try this without your feet touching the floor 👌🏽
