I am SO EXCITED for @mcmcomiccon aka Crittercom next week! I can't believe I'm finally going to meet the cast of Critical Role AND go see them in a live show!!!! Life goals right there. Anyhow, here's my MCM line up: Jester on Friday, Laudna on Saturday and just me on Sunday. I'll need a non-cosplay day as I'll be Keyleth the following day for the live show. Who will I be seeing?

#fallforcostumes2026 - missed a couple of days because I was really ill (fever and the sort) so I'm catching up on everything I've missed in one post!

Day 9: High Contrast
Day 10: White
Day 11: Black
Day 12: Cozy Indoors (slide 4 AND 5 - two picture bonus!)
Day 13: Wild Outdoors

PHEW! that's a couple of things covered!
We don't do lots of "cozy" indoor shebang so I'm actually quite happy I found two for this one! I still love the lighting on these two, making it looks like there's a nice and warm fire burning when indeed all it is, is some orange light. 🤣

For the Outdoors I had to choose the Beast / Crocodile, cause for some reason he always ends up in the wild... 😅

Everything else is pretty... clear I think. It's colours and contrasts.

~~~
Photo credits go to @bydeebee for contrast, white, black and wild and to @lc2350photography for the coziest indoor fire pictures!
Rhaenyra and Crowley is @madwoman_costumes
Costumes all made by us.
And allllll comments are welcome!
I can't believe that in 2 weeks' time I'll have met the cast of Critical Role! I am especially excited to see Marisha Ray while dressed as Laudna. Should I try to get her to hold Pâté? 🤔
10/10/2026 ~ WHITE
Leia, duh!
I made this dress on a whim, it’s even kinda accurate 😂 and I would love to wear her again! But I binned the boots (I got some horrible cheap ones off Vinted, super uncomfortable and I’m too old to wear uncomfortable shoes 😂) and her hair is currently undergoing some serious maintenance (super-matted wig after using it for something else, please HALP!), so it’s sadly not happening anytime soon.
If you have any recommendations for Leia-boots that don’t break the bank: please let me know! They don’t need to be 100% accurate, I’m not going for any club approval, but they should look the part 🤍
Pictures taken by @bydeebee a long long time ago at an LFCC not so far away with @essex_trooper. Swipe for unhappy Leia because she’s been handcuffed 😂
