Florida here I come! I’m already hot in Alabama😅, but I’m ready to sweat it out in Florida!! I have shipped a ton of new work down there and will be showing it in Tampa FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12 at @lulustudiotampa. Time for a #fridayintroductions post! To my new followers, welcome! To my old friends, thank you for being a part of my journey.
I have always loved creating and painting. It is my passion!! I love people and sharing special experiences with people. Creating memories is a fave and something I cherish.
I tend to laugh at my own jokes and hope that people think they are funny too. I enjoy dining with friends and savoring good food and wine. I also enjoy cooking...cooking more than baking (there’s a difference!). I love traveling! I studied abroad in Florence, Italy after my sophomore year in college and took painting and ceramics and, naturally, cooking and wine tasting. I was able to apply those credits to my graphic design major at Auburn.... which I don’t use at all 🤭 I probably should have just been an art major👩🏼‍🎨🤷🏼‍♀️? I strive for balance. Balance with myself, my work, my family, my social life, and my health. I love to run, especially with friends. I thrive on a schedule (like a baby) and love to check things off a list. You kinda have to do that as a working mom (otherwise you’ll go crazy)! Oh, and I love a good nap, too.

My faith is a huge part of my inspiration. Along with my sweet little ones, they make it all worth it. I don’t know if I’d be where I am today as a “professional” artist(I say that because it’s literally my career) if I didn’t have the trials I’ve had in the past. I can’t tell you enough how I’ve seen the Lords provision and faithfulness in the midst. I never planned on going this route, but I’m so grateful for this journey and having the opportunity to tangibly watch how the Lord provides for me! It BLOWS my mind! He has brought me to a place of such rest in the midst of the unknown. I KNOW he will provide.... and guess what? He loves my kiddos too....so much. He promises to provide what they need and I am honored to stand beside and watch Him do that. It blesses ME tremendously.
