Still feeling so grateful for the opportunity to speak about our business at @sohohouse Berlin as part of 'Crossroads' 🧡 an incredible concept curated and hosted by @lukasfeireiss 🙏🏽 Sharing a little of our @bylimala story and what we’re building was such an incredible experience. Also, such a rewarding journey to find back to my own voice and to challenge myself. The challenge as being in the rug business to re-establish a word that has never been used in the interior industry. Amazigh rug instead of 'Berber' rug and to see how more and more businesses and customers (!) are actually using the original word now 🫶🏽🧡 🌹 also it was my Birthday ❣️ #amazigh Culture Pop-up Event and the beginnings of @bylimala 🧡

In an era driven by trends, algorithms, AI, and constant noise, I believe it’s becoming more important than ever to return to yourself - to create what you truly love, rather than what trends or society tell you to create. Being both a mother and an entrepreneur has been one of the biggest challenges of my life 🫶🏽✨ Giving the same love, energy, and passion to both worlds felt almost impossible in the beginning ❤️‍🩹 Now, as my children are getting a little older and I have more space again, I’m slowly reconnecting with my first great love @bylimala - my business 🕊️ And it feels incredibly beautiful. I know many mothers, not only entrepreneurs, can relate to this feeling of finding their way back to parts of themselves they once put on pause. A reminder for all of us that there are always new beginnings, new chapters, and beautiful ways to reconnect with who we are. Lately I had a little bit more time at hand and started going through my last years, my past. Realizing that I have been in the modeling industry for over (way over) 10 years now, made me reflect on my positioning in it, on the ups and downs that come with it and how important integrity is, and a healthy / genuine understanding of oneself. Rejection is an integral of it all and I had fun putting my thoughts together on this one. Forward to your friends if you find this inspiring 🫶🏽🧡
