🔥 ONE SIM DOWN. ONE MORE TO GO. More than 30 athletes took on the full HYROX format at the first race in our D1 Gainesville Fall Sim Series! Some crossed the finish line for the first time, while others used the race to test their training ahead of HYROX Tampa. No matter the goal, every athlete showed up ready to compete, push their limits, and find out what they’re capable of. 💪 Want to improve your HYROX race performance? Our combination of HYROX-specific preparation and D1-style performance training is helping local racers become stronger, move more efficiently, and perform better on race day. Our next HYROX Sim is Sunday, November 22—and it’s already nearly half full! 📲 DM us HYROX for training information or to reserve your spot in the next Sim.

✨ Thank you for five amazing years! ✨ Five years of classes, memories, laughter, challenges, growth, and so many unforgettable moments. Not every moment has been perfect, and there have been ups and downs, but I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of them. To every person who has ever joined one of my classes, supported me, shared a smile, brought a friend, or simply showed up thank you 🥹💜 You have all been a part of this journey in one way or another, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you. And to those of you who are still here, still showing up, still jumping, dancing, sweating, laughing, and growing with me… you have a very special place in my heart. ❤️ This is so much more than just a class. It’s a community, and I’m beyond grateful to call you mine. Gracias, Gracias, Gracias!💜💜💜🙋🏻‍♀️ Here’s to many more years, more memories, more jumps, and more incredible moments together! 🥂✨🦘 #gainesvillefl #onlyingainesville #kangooclubgainesville #kangoojumps #gainesvilleflorida

A descansar aunque queden pendientes.
