Moms, if you knew then what you know now… get your teen started with Pilates young💗

Pilates gives teens the opportunity to build a strong foundation early — developing strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and body awareness while learning how to move with intention.

It’s more than a workout. Starting Pilates young can help build confidence, healthy movement habits, and an appreciation for taking care of their bodies that they can carry with them for years to come✨

Teen Pilates at Vault Fitness on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Wednesdays at 4:30pm!

DM us to learn more & get your teen started.

Today was my last official day at Vault. To say it feels bittersweet, is an understatement. One of the most valuable things I’ve learned throughout my fitness journey, is there is room for everyone to shine💫

To the coworkers who became “real” friends, you know who you are- I love you. Thank you to the clients who trusted me to guide you- you all will always hold a place in my heart. To the CPE apprentices, who I had the pleasure of mentoring, it’s been a joy. To my Vault Barre crew, thank you for letting me be a part of your teaching journey. Those training weekends, will hold some of my favorite Vault memories. Doing the CE with Lauren this past year, was a real highlight- Thank you Lauren; for sharing that space with me and for all you have taught me. Tanya, you were the TT who started it all, in beginner mat. We would’ve never known then, that would be the start of a cherished friendship- with still a side of forever Pilates guidance 😉 Grateful for you🩵

Stefanie, thank you for seeing something in me from the start. It’s crazy to think that 12 years ago I walked into Pilates of Boca, unsure of myself, and the journey ahead. Thanks to the incredible support from my teachers, mentors, clients, and especially Stefanie, I have become the confident fitness professional I am today. I will forever be grateful to my Vault Fam.
To anyone else I missed, who played a part in this chapter, thank you🫶🏼

Love ,
Danielle
