🌟Meditation Teacher 200HR🌟🧘🏻‍♀️📿

The past year and a half has been a profound journey of self-discovery ✨.
Facing my fears and following my intuition; two months ago, I made the decision to travel, once again, to the other side of the world ✈️, in search of inner peace and a reconnection with myself.

Amid the daily noise, mindfulness and meditation became my refuge and my medicine 🧘‍♀️; they allowed me to regain balance ⚖️ and reconnect with my essence 🫀

From this process, a new commitment was born: to continue growing 🌱 so one day, I can accompany others who are also on this beautiful path of seeking and healing.

Today, from the depths of my soul, I celebrate choosing myself 🩷.

El último año y medio ha sido una aventura profunda de autodescubrimiento ✨.
Enfrentando mis miedos y siguiendo mi intuición; hace dos meses, tomé la decisión de viajar, una vez más, al otro lado del mundo ✈️, en busca de paz interior y un reencuentro conmigo misma.

En medio del ruido diario, el mindfulness y la meditación fueron mi refugio y mi medicina 🧘‍♀️; que me permitieron recuperar el equilibrio ⚖️ y reconectar con mi esencia🫀.

De este proceso nace un compromiso: seguir creciendo 🌱 para, algún día, poder acompañar a otros que también estén en este hermoso camino de búsqueda y sanación ❤️‍🩹

Hoy, desde lo más profundo de mi alma, me celebro por haberme elegido 🩷.

- For so long, I asked myself: what must it feel like to truly belong to a group of people who share your passions? What must it feel like to be completely, unapologetically myself, without fear or doubt? And now, I finally know. I feel it deep within me. I found my tribe.

From the very first day, something inside of me knew I was about to make friendships that would last a lifetime. We opened our hearts to one another, we cried, we laughed, we stood and danced in the rain, we shouted, we held space for each other’s pain, we healed, and we celebrated every part of who we are. I even sang on a stage for the first time in years not because I had to, but because I wanted to. Not because I’m the best, but because I felt safe. No fear, no shame just joy.

Thank you, each one of you, for showing me what love, sisterhood, and belonging truly feel like. I carry you in my heart.

- Durante mucho tiempo me pregunté: ¿cómo se sentirá pertenecer de verdad a un grupo de personas que comparten tus pasiones? ¿Cómo será poder ser completamente yo, sin disculpas, sin miedo ni dudas? Y ahora, por fin lo sé. Lo siento profundamente dentro de mí. Encontré a mi tribu.

Desde el primer día, algo en mi interior supo que estaba a punto de hacer amistades para toda la vida. Abrimos nuestros corazones, lloramos, reímos, nos paramos bajo la lluvia, gritamos, nos acompañamos en el dolor, sanamos, y celebramos cada parte de lo que somos. Incluso canté en un escenario por primera vez en años, no porque tuviera que hacerlo, sino porque quería. No porque sea la mejor, sino porque me sentí segura. Sin miedo, sin vergüenza, solo alegría.

Gracias a cada una de ustedes por mostrarme lo que realmente se siente el amor, la hermandad y el pertenecer. Las llevo en mi corazón.
