UK Team Retreat 2026 🇬🇧

📍 @retreatatellasfield

We escaped to the country side for the day! Our work is usually from zoom, on our phones so it was so lovely to meet in person with 15 of my team and connect in a different way!

One of my favourite things about my business isn’t just the travel. ✈️🌍
It’s the community.
Yes, my business is travel and network marketing, and I genuinely love that I get to build it alongside other ambitious women who are chasing their own goals and creating something for themselves. 🤍
The friendships.
The support.
The encouragement.
The celebrations.
The “you’ve got this” messages when you need them most. 🥹
We celebrate each other’s wins, share the lessons, pick each other up when things don’t go to plan and have a LOT of fun along the way! 😂🥂✈️
I started this for the travel and the opportunity, but I’ve gained something I never expected:
A community. A network. Friendships I’m incredibly grateful for. ❤️
Because network marketing doesn’t have to mean building alone.
Find your people. Build together. Grow together. ✨
If you’re curious about what my travel business and the network marketing side actually look like, DM me “COMMUNITY” and I’ll tell you more. 💌

Open the door 🚪

Two years ago, an Oxford graduate. Litigation lawyer. Mum of two. A friend of twenty years.

She opened a door to a world I knew nothing about.

Two years on, we’re climbing the ranks side by side. Watching her on stage at convention said everything, because up there, in front of 6,000 people, it didn’t matter what came before. An Oxford graduate stood next to a high school dropout. Same success. Same earnings. Same drive.

The most powerful stories weren’t about the wins. They were about the adversity, the moments each person turned into new communities, new confidence, bigger paychecks.

It sounds simple. That’s because it is, if you want it.

I’m just here to open the door. What you do with it is up to you. 🤍

📩 DM me “DOOR” if you’re ready to see what’s on the other side.

I thought building an online business would be about the business.

The income.
The flexibility.
The travel.

And yes… obviously those things matter. But one of the biggest unexpected bonuses?

THE WOMEN. 🥹

My travel girls have become my CEO girl gang.

We celebrate the tiny wins.
The massive wins.
The scary moments.
The “what the hell am I doing?” moments.
We share what’s working.
And we genuinely want to see each other win.

There is something SO powerful about being surrounded by women who don’t need you to stay small so they can feel big.

Women who look at your dream and say:

“Right. How are we making this happen?”

That’s the energy I want for this next chapter of my life.
And if you’re a woman in your 40s wondering whether it’s too late to build something new…

Girl. We’re only just getting started!

Comment or DM me CEO and I’ll show you what we do here 💕because we love helping other women create more options too.

My evening could have looked very different.

I could have finished work at 5pm, made dinner, put my feet up and watched TV.

And honestly? Some evenings, that’s exactly what I do.

But tonight, after a full day working 9–5, I’m on a Zoom call with people in my team who have been doing this longer than me.

They’re sharing their experience, their advice, what’s worked for them, what they’ve learned along the way and answering our questions.

And that’s something I’ve realised about building something alongside your job.

You don’t need hours and hours every day.

Sometimes it’s the little pockets of time. The evenings. The weekends. The moments when you could scroll, but choose to learn instead.
I’m not trying to do everything overnight.

I’m simply choosing to keep learning, keep showing up and keep building something that could give me more choices in the future.

Because my 9–5 is what I do.

What I’m building alongside it is what could change what comes next.

What would you do if you knew your small efforts today could change your tomorrow?

DM me “LEARN” if you’re curious about what I’m building alongside my 9–5.

Years ago, a random Monday brunch would have meant booking annual leave, checking my diary, or saying, “Maybe another time.”

These days, if the diary allows it, I just go.

For me, that’s what freedom looks like.

Not luxury.
Not flashy cars.

Just having the choice to enjoy life on a Monday with good people, good coffee, and a sea view. ☕️🌊

What’s your version of freedom?
