"The intention was to create environments our customers could imagine being in their own homes," says Città's product designer, David Moreland. "Wonder Group curated a really beautiful, focused material and colour palette, which was implemented in all the dedicated displays. The inclusion of plastered walls, tiled plinths, stone counters, built-in cabinetry and floating shelves helps to enhance the customer experience. Words from Homestyle Magazine, thrilled to be featured thanks Alice 🤍 〰️ Interiors by @wonder.group_ Build by @casa__nz Finishes by @ambitecnz Timber by @forteflooring Furniture by @citta Cabinetry by MMI Shopfit Photography by @simon.c.wilson & @byplatform.co Words by @homestylemag

Today, Platform says farewell. On this exact date, we first opened the doors to our Mt Eden Flagship store, a place where many of you first came to know of us. Our business has been an evolution of ideas and experimentation. From retail experiences serving our valuable customers and friends, to evolving as a studio focused on brand campaigns. Our concepts learnt to transform with time and adapt to an ever changing market, as we did so ourselves and whilst underpinning a belief that has always been the backbone of Platform – “For The Betterment of Auckland City”. This underlying view has contributed to every concept, activation and project we have produced and is ultimately one that embraces change. A theme that has recurred in every opportunity of work and one we now lean into as new doors open. Though with a heavy heart, we are fulfilled to dedicate our decision towards change as new opportunities arise. Having made an impact during the lifetime of our business, we reflect on how we couldn’t have done it without everyone that has been involved and with the people that trusted us most, especially our team. As we reflect, we also can’t deny the excitement in seeing how others continue to shape and grow the cultural dialogue as creativity and technology develop. We want to celebrate this chapter through an homage to our first t-shirt released in 2019 – The Betterment Tee. Redesigned in a new light with an ode to the transformation of our business through colour. These will be available for pre-order via DM in an announcement tomorrow and we hope you cherish these as much as we will. To our friends and family, clients and colleagues, we thank you for the belief and trust you have placed on us over the years. The rich history of our business and learnings wouldn’t exist without you and we’re grateful for every single moment. We hope we have inspired you to get out there and get it done, for yourself and for the betterment of those around you. To everyone, the past 7 years has been a pleasure and we couldn’t be happier to sign out with all the blessings we’ve found ourselves surrounded by throughout this incredible ride. This won’t be the last. Mo & Cy

And just like that, 2023 is a wrap for OL7 Studios! With the final jobs of the year wrapped up yesterday, it’s celebration time for us. So goodbye for now, travel safe - enjoy the festivities and I’ll see/ hear and get back to you all once we return in the new year! Booking in jobs and bouncing back to email threads from the 10th of January 🎄 Thank you to everyone for the ridiculously large amount of support in my new venture! Whether it was getting me in for a job or just telling a friend about what I do, it has all been very much appreciated 💛 Happy birthday to me, and farewell to you all for now. - Roman
