WELCOME TO WEEK TWO 🍑

We’re officially moving into Lower Body Week of the Peaches Strength Challenge.

This week puts the focus on your glutes, hamstrings, quads, adductors & abductors, with plenty of compound movements designed to challenge those bigger muscle groups. And because the same strength class runs throughout the week, you’ve got the chance to repeat the movements, refine your technique & if it feels right... reach for a little more weight each time. That repetition is where the magic happens when it comes to building strength.

So grab your weights, trust your instructor, and let’s see what those legs can do this week 🦵🏽

Week 2... are you ready?

We are so excited to be collaborating on this one. We’ve worked together before, sending you back to your busy lives after two or three hours together. Let’s see what we can do with four days instead, at RETURN, our retreat at @bluegreenbyronbay @rorywarnock_

Breath, pilates and sound, curated into one unique wellness experience. The ultimate in nervous system regulation, self exploration, rest and recovery.

A twin share room and a private room have become available so grab your partner, family member or bestie and join us from the 27th-30th Aug.

DM with any queries 🫶🏽

The Rose Bay hot mat room is the great equaliser 🔥

Our favourite extracurricular activity is boys discovering that Pilates is a lot harder than it looks 😏

Heavy springs, intentional loading, and the reformer doing what it does best, building real strength. Stack is our most strength-focused class, designed to challenge your body the way a gym session would, without ever leaving the reformer.

If you’ve been looking for a class that is tailored for progression among the advanced, this is it.

Rose Bay energy: the girls hyping each other constantly like it’s an Olympic sport 🤍

A room full of strong women, very good activewear, and constant “you’ve got this babe” energy from start to finish.

Come for the movement.
Stay for the kind of community that makes an hour feel like a reset. ✨

An invitation to ‘Return’.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This August, C.DESIGN is proud to be partnering with Return Retreat, an intimate four-day retreat held in the Byron Bay hinterland, hosted by Nicky Kiel and Tia Eddy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Set within the stillness of BlueGreen Sanctuary, Return is a considered reset for the body, mind and nervous system. Daily Pilates, reformer movement, breathwork, sound healing, farm-to-table meals, infrared sauna, ice baths, slow mornings and space to come back to yourself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To mark the occasion, @cdesign.au will be gifting every guest a swimwear set of their choice to accompany them through the weekend and beyond.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A piece for the sauna, the pool, the slow mornings, the long lunches and the return home.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bookings are now open, with limited rooms available.
