What a beautiful day to have a little time together outside the studio 🧡 We don’t often get the chance to gather as a team, some moments like these feel especially meaningful. We had a chance to connect share ideas reflect and simply enjoy each other’s company. Today we celebrate my incredible wife @c.spencerjerome and her 30th Birthday! Spencer is such an adventurous, fun, caring and genuine partner with whom I’ve witnessed a tremendous amount of personal transformation and growth through her 20’s. She’s an empowered, conscious, kind soul with a determined spirit and eagerness to find balance in her life and her relationships. I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this new decade of life she’s embarking on and am excited to see what it brings her! Happy Birthday to you my love

✨ Hi friends! I’m Spencer — and I’m so excited to finally share Radiance with Spencer, a soul project that’s been slowly unfolding over the past few years. A few years back, I was working a job I was deeply passionate about — but over time, it became toxic under a micromanaging boss who made me question my worth and capabilities. I pushed myself to keep going until I eventually burned out. Then COVID hit, and things unraveled even more. After nearly a year of job searching without a single interview, I fell into a deep depression. The negative self-talk was constant, and I felt completely disconnected from my body and spirit. My healing journey began when I turned inward — through yoga, holistic health, and reconnecting with nature. I’m still walking that path every day, but I’ve discovered so many practices that have helped me return to balance, self-trust, and joy, and I’m excited to start sharing them here. I’ve also started a monthly newsletter with reflections, gentle reminders, and tools to help you slow down and reconnect — you can join through the link in my bio. I’ll be taking some time to rest and celebrate this next chapter (heading off on my honeymoon soon ☀️), and I’m excited to bring more radiance into the world in the new year.
