Big weekend for Avery!

The results you see on the field are built through the work nobody sees. Avery puts in the time with daily lessons and continues working on her game outside of our sessions.

That extra effort, consistency, and commitment are what help players take the next step. Proud of the work she’s putting in, and it was great to see it pay off this weekend!

The work is starting to pay off for Kayson!

Kayson ripped a triple this weekend and has been consistently hitting the ball hard. Between daily lessons, daily workouts, and the work he puts in outside of our sessions, he’s building something that goes beyond one good weekend.

Success doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

This summer, Jay decided to go all in on baseball.

He set some big goals for himself and continues to work toward them every day. His summer included multiple prospect camps, showcases, tournaments, high school Legion ball, and invitations for two college visits.

Here’s a quick 45-second look at his summer. He’s got big dreams, a lot of work ahead of him, and an amazing support system cheering him on. Excited to see where this journey takes him!

Summer Stats:
.423 AVG | .482 OBP | .493 SLG | .975 OPS
30 H | 25 RBI | 10 BB | 1 K in 87 PA

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK OUT YEAR-ROUND

Baseball players shouldn’t stop working out just because the season ends—or stop completely once the season starts.

OFF-SEASON:
The off-season is where you build. Get stronger, faster, more explosive, and prepare your body for the demands of the upcoming season.

IN-SEASON:
The goal changes. You’re not trying to destroy yourself in the weight room. You’re working to maintain strength, athleticism, mobility, and durability while managing your game and practice schedule.

The best players don’t only train when baseball is convenient. They train year-round.

Train hard in the off-season.
Train smart during the season.
Stay consistent all year. #baseball #mobility #gym #d1 #trust

With the market coming up, I wanted to introduce the team behind Baked by Bre.

This page might make it look like a one woman show, but the truth is there’s an entire crew behind the scenes helping make it happen. From taste testers and delivery drivers to label makers, dishwashers, and my biggest hype people every single one of them plays a part in getting these loaves from my kitchen to your table.

I’m so grateful for the people who support this little sourdough dream of mine. I can’t wait for you to meet the team.

Don’t ever forget it - have an attitude of gratitude.

No excuses. No entitlement.
Just appreciation for the work, the process, and the opportunity to improve.

You don’t have to work. You get to. You don’t have to ball. You get to.

That perspective changes everything.

Be grateful for what you have and get to do.
