The strength on display at our first Buffalo Hybrid was absolutely unreal. 💪🔥

From wallballs that looked effortless to the athletes refusing to quit when things got tough, the level of grit, power, and determination was next level.

Now the question is... who’s coming back for a time redemption? 👀

You know where you can make up seconds.
You know where you left a little in the tank.
And you know exactly what you’re chasing.

Who’s ready to run it back?! 💪🏼

It’s been 1 year working with Cadi and she’s only progressed since. It’s been truly amazing not to just witness but to be a part of her growth.

To ensure her progression and to prevent plateau it’s been important to target gaps and build strength in various positions where others would usually break, as well as continually build her connection with the movement, and not just output.

Movements:
•Barbell Front rack front foot elevated knees over toes split squat
•Heavy shoulder rack slam ball squats
•Ring crossover push ups
•Hanging L raises

All four of these movements Cadi is performing here share:

1. Strength in compromised positions
•Deep knee flexion
•End range control and pressing
•Hanging under tension
•Offset loads

2. Control over momentum
•Slow tempo
•Instability
•Hanging positions

3. Real world and race transfer. These aren’t in the gym only movements. They carry into:
•Spartan obstacles
•Training fatigue conditions
•Running mechanics
•Injury resistance

Train for performance, train to own your deepest, and weakest joint angles under control, train in offset positions for absolute core strength and for imperfect scenarios, and train for longevity.
