Blessed for this opportunity to help take care of the horses and mules (“wrangle”) for a hunting party in the beautiful Fitzpatrick Wilderness. My buddy @collincadecole who I hadn’t seen since high school guides here for Chamley Outfitters. “He is a beast” is what the hunters kept saying, he went like 30 miles in (camp is 15 miles in) and had his guys tagged out 2/2 by day 3 with nice bulls and an even better adventure. This morning he tagged out another 2 hunters on BLM land on day 1 because too much snow and frozen creeks to go into the wilderness and camp. Great camp cook, guides, the mules are top notch, if you ever get a chance (draw points for like 4 years) and are physically able to hunt here, do it.

Only right that these upcoming #recap posts from the couple weeks at #elkcamp with @wy.chamley and the crew start with the #sunrise over the #trailhead, right? #enjoy and #staytuned for a look at my time with one of the best #hunting #outfitters out there. #getupinthere #packtrip @collincadecole

🎈If you see this guy today, make sure you wish him a happy birthday! 🎈 except you won’t because he’s gone to the backcountry again 😭 @collincadecole 💝

Back in April, Cade’s grandfather gave me two pads from a prickly pear cactus to transplant in Wyoming. They’ve finally started to propagate! I love that they came all the way from Texas, and they’re from his great-grandmother’s house 🌵💚

Guys. This is seriously the most #romantic bag of #cheese ever. I’m back to being #obsessed with the #Atkins #diet, and not only did Cade have a #lowcarb #dinner waiting when I got home from work, but he also took the time to cut all these little cubes for me 😂 I know we’re too #sappy and no one on the internet likes #happy people...

We spent all day hiking. I have pictures of the mountain view but I don’t care, selfies are more fun 💁🏼‍♀️

Back in June, I bought a #nikond3400 for @collincadecole as an early birthday gift. He’s not tech savvy (at all 🙄) so I’ve started a page on his behalf. Please follow his adventures! Maybe someday his work will afford a stay-at-home trophy wife 💁🏼‍♀️😂
