After six unsuccessful rounds of IVF, Dr. Camille Hammond’s mother offered to carry her child. She ultimately delivered Camille’s triplets.

That extraordinary act of love changed Camille’s family. It also helped shape her life’s work.
Today, Camille leads the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation, helping families facing infertility through financial assistance, education, and advocacy.

In the latest episode of Branding Room Only, we discuss the shame that can surround infertility, the importance of access to reproductive and maternal health care, and what can happen when a deeply personal experience becomes part of your purpose.

Listen to the full conversation at the link in my bio.

#thepeak50k ✅ - 3/3 races in 14 days done - @cadefoundation triple marathon challenge completed 🥳🧡
Today I literally went the extra mile because I missed a turn on the second ascent to Cuyamaca Peak, which besides the extra mile added significant elevation (as if 10,000 feet weren’t enough 🤣🤦‍♂️). So happy to finish this challenge to raise awareness for infertility and donations for the @cadefoundation … for patients this may be what it feels like to go through back to back to back treatment cycles (except that that’s without a doubt way more stressful) 🙏🧡

Helping families find home. Helping other families grow. ❤️

When I started Erin Jenson Homes, I knew I wanted this business to stand for something bigger than buying and selling houses.

Because I know that building a family isn’t always an easy journey.

Sometimes the road to parenthood is filled with hope, heartbreak, uncertainty, and more strength than you ever imagined you’d need.

It’s a journey that is incredibly close to my heart.

That’s why I’ve made a personal commitment:

With every real estate transaction I close, a portion of my commission will go to the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation, an organization that supports families navigating infertility and pursuing their dreams of parenthood.

My clients will always come first.

My responsibility is to guide them, advocate for them, educate them, and provide the best experience possible throughout their buying or selling journey.

But knowing that my work can also help another family take a step toward growing theirs?

That makes this career even more meaningful.

Because every family deserves hope. ❤️

If this mission speaks to your heart, I’d love for you to share this post and help spread awareness.

Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. 💙🩷
A few weeks ago, the Johns Hopkins Dome was illuminated pink and blue as we gathered to talk about recurrent pregnancy loss.
But today isn’t about the lecture.
It’s about the families behind it.
The pregnancies that were deeply wanted. The babies who are remembered. The parents who had imagined a future that changed far too soon. And the grief that doesn’t necessarily disappear simply because the world around you moves forward.
As a fertility physician who cares for families experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss, I know medicine doesn’t always have the answer to the question families understandably ask: “Why did this happen?”
That uncertainty is one of the reasons continued research, compassionate care, mental health support, and simply acknowledging these losses matter so much.
We remember. Today. Every day. 🕯️
If you’d like to honor a pregnancy or baby today, you are welcome to leave a 💙, 🩷 or 🕯️ below—or simply share this with someone you want to know you’re thinking of.

What a powerful evening at the Reproductive & Maternal Health Summit at Xavier University of Louisiana!
The future of healthcare advocacy is in good hands! The students at last night’s Reproductive & Maternal Health Summit at Xavier were locked in and ready to lead. Honored to share the stage with Dr. Veronica Gillispie-Bell and my sister Gina Swanson, who always connects with the room. Thank you, Keva Landrum, for including me, and congratulations to Dr. Kimiyo Williams, the Cade Foundation and the Pontchartrain Links on a successful event!

Did you know the maternal mortality rate among Black women was nearly 70 deaths for every live birth? (CDC)

Please join The Orangeburg (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated; the Orangeburg Chapter of Jack and Jill of America; and the Orangeburg High School of Health Professionals for real conversations about maternal wellness and reproductive health options. Come and learn about the current legislation and other resources on how we, as Black women, can amplify our voices for women’s health equity.

Reproductive & Maternal Health Summit: Thursday, October 15th, 7-8 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church. This event is FREE and open to the community.
