Brick by Brick 2026 Challenge 🧱 Week 1.

6 minute treadmill runs alternating with 5 minute lifting circuits. Actually quite fun!

It was also hot as balls because Mac wouldn't let me have the door open, so I ended up running in my ratty old maternity sports bra 😂

Still one of the best running bras I own! @cadenshae

Anyway. Running, lifting, sweating my arse off. Brick by brick towards 45k for 45 🧱

Postpartum activewear that actually supports you 🤍 If you’re a mum easing back into movement after having a baby, this is the sports bra I’d want you to know about.

Here’s what I love as a busy mum of 3 in Australia:
✔️ Supportive fit for postpartum bodies
✔️ Easy to get on and off (you can whip out a boob at a moments notice)
✔️ Comfy enough for running, school drop-off, walks and home workouts

Save this for when you’re shopping for postpartum workout clothes, and send it to a mum friend who needs it 💌

What’s the one thing you look for in activewear after having a baby? Tell me below 👇
