AS IT UNRAVELS | CAISHA SPROUT

Back in June, Melbourne-based songwriter Caisha Sprout released her debut EP Misery Don’t Want Bad Company. A four-track body of work exploring relationships in all their forms: the relationship with self, with mind and body, with time — past, present and future — and with one another.

We sat down with Caisha Sprout to discuss her blend of folk, roots and soul influences alongside the journey in which the EP unfolds through expansive yet deeply grounded sonic landscapes, weaving together organic instrumentation, intimate lyricism and emotionally resonant storytelling.

Recording NTA Choir !!! 🤍

The power in this room was fucking amazing… so so grateful to have this bunch on the track.

Yes this is a feminist song but it would be nothing without the incredible @marc.scollo who made everyone sound soooo lush and divine. Thank you Marcy!!
