The time has come.. I’m deleting this account ✨🫶🏼

As a UGC Creator, Content creator, Mum, Pilates Instructor, she’s busy! Having 2 seperate Instagram accounts whilst trying to actively build a community is tough. So we eliminating burnout and working smarter not harder! My UGC content will be on my portfolio and sprinkled in with my personal branding content over at @caitlinbryan__ 🌈

If you want to follow along and stay connected I’ll be at @caitlinbryan__ 🌈

Seven days ago, Caitlin was nervous.

After 7 months of lying beside her toddler to sleep, she wasn't sure what to expect.

She's answering your most common questions about the process, what surprised her most, what changed, and how sleep looks now.

The biggest takeaway?

Sleep support doesn't have to look the way you think it does.

No two families are the same, which is why every plan we create is tailored to the child, the parents, and what feels achievable for that family.

Watching this transformation unfold over the past week has been incredible.

If you've been sitting on the fence wondering whether things can actually change, this is your sign to watch until the end. 🤍

Thank you Caitlin, for letting us be part of your journey.

Use code - CAITLIN20 if you would like the next transformation story to be yours! ✨️😴

Night 4.
Four nights ago, Mum was worried about even starting. 😅

Last night she tucked him in, kissed him goodnight and walked out.

He fell asleep independently and slept through the night.

It's amazing how quickly things can change when you stop guessing and start following a plan.

Final update tomorrow 👀

Night 3

The sleep plan is important.

But do you know what she's mentioned in every update so far?

The support.

Knowing exactly what to do, getting answers quickly, having someone in her corner when she's unsure.

Guys, most of you don't need more sleep tips!

You need a plan and the confidence to follow through.

Stay tuned - will we get a sleep through?! 👀

It took Caitlin 7 months to ask for help.

Not because she didn't want more sleep, because she was worried.

Worried she'd be told to leave him to cry, worried that she'd damage their bond and worried sleep support wouldn't feel right for her family.

But what actually happened when Caitlin reached out to me?

Most parents who come to me aren't looking for a rigid sleep training program.

They're looking for a plan.

Someone to look at the whole picture and someone to tell them what's working, what's not, and what to do next.

That's exactly what we did.

We looked at Ziggy's routine, his sleep, his temperament, what was happening overnight, and created a personalised plan that felt right for their family.

Tomorrow she'll share how Night 1 goes. 🤍

If you've been putting off getting help because you're nervous about what it might involve, send me a DM with RESET and I'll tell you exactly how the 2 Week Sleep Reset works.

We said bring anything but a water bottle, and our members delivered.

Meanwhile Caitlin just taught the entire class like nothing was off… except Chelsea following her around the whole time 😆

Not a single real bottle in sight and she didn’t notice until the class was OVER!

The commitment from everyone??? Elite. But, would you have clocked it? 👀

Happy Birthday to our very own triple threat 💃. We are so proud of the women you have grown to be , and the life you have made for yourself . Watching you become a mother has been your best era yet , but you will always be our little girl , who loves dancing , from the minute you could walk . May your day be filled with the same love and joy you bring to our lives .
love mum and dad 🥰
