Masque Macabre 🎭

AUB Productions

It has been such a gift to work on this AUB production with the amazing cast, crew and creative! I have been working on this show since January this year with the costume designers and makers and now it feels so odd not to be working on it still. The show has cemented my hopes and dreams of becoming a costume supervisor for a larger production one day, the final outcome has been so wonderful to watch. I am truly so grateful to be the costume supervisor of Masque Macabre and have made many wonderful connections from this show, I can’t wait to see where life takes us all! ♥️

There will be more photos to come ✨

1830s dress made with dutch-african wax print!

this was a project from last uni year, kindly modelled by (but not made for) my costume partner in crime @caitlinsprakefollett .

under the frilled petticoat, is a corded petticoat and i corn starched them both, which was a bit of a challenge in my teeny weeny garden!

i used @nikkileeam ‘s video on petticoat starching. if anyone is curious, the link will be in my story!
