A little introduction for anyone new here!

Hi, I’m Cait! A Connecticut girl now living in Charleston, newly married, dog mom, and lover of all things fitness, wellness, good food, coffee, and cozy mornings.

I started Well by Noto as a little space to share the things I love while continuing my own journey toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

From strength training and nourishing meals to slow mornings, everyday routines, and exploring Charleston, I’m excited to share a little bit of everything.

Here’s to building healthy habits, romanticizing the little things, and feeling our best through every season of life.

So happy you’re here!

A little taste of home in Charleston 🤌🏼🥪

As a CT + NY couple, we take our Italian sandwiches seriously… and The Pass did NOT disappoint. I got the Such a Nice Italian Boy on ciabatta and Nick got The Bear on a sesame roll.

The real debate though: is it a grinder or a hero?! 👀

Add this mom-and-pop spot to your Charleston lunch list!
