Has it been a week already since the Maisel screening? I’ve looked forward to all the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel events in LA for the past few years. From cemetery screenings to free Maisel day shop specials, it’s a grand time to come dressed to the era and fully enjoy. I posted the great cars they had decked out in this drive in experience already, but here’s some other shots of socially distancing photos and taking in of the fun vibe created by @amazonprimevideo @maiseltv and @stfoodcinema over the farmers market. Lots of summer fun to be had. @sprinklescupcakes and #barverdenordstrom kicking in some tasty treats with Cuban sandwiches and cupcakes. The @thegrovela rooftop 360 view of the city was something to be seen at sunset, as well as after dark. Great to see ya, @californiakiley and @mandya310, both of you killing it in true Midge Style. I brought out my Maisel event standard @tangerinemenagerie Pink kitty in cat eye brooch, that seems to be my go-to for Maisel events. Cutting to the gist, it was a great night, Thank you for the memories, food and swag goodies!

I was fortunate enough to to acquire tickets for the FYC #emmys event. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel event didn’t disappoint. There were classic cars, window washers, dinner from #BarVerdeNordstrom and a @sprinklescupcakes for dessert delivered to your car, and an amazing swag bag with goodies. All on the rooftop of the @TheGroveLA parking structure surrounded by amazing views.

"Nothing defines me..."

I was asked to be part of #pixieskinyourein by the @pixiedustedwithpride group.🧚‍♀️

I was honored but surprised since I'm basically a nobody in the @instagram and @thedisneybound world (besides to @dannyland89) and finding a connection to a Disney character is hard. Stumbling along I found @wreckitralph and realized I'm very much Ralph. Misunderstood, defined by his job, size, personality and desperate to be liked. I have spent my whole life defining myself so I would fit in hope people would like me. Being successful at everything seemed to be the only way to achieve that and I pushed myself to many breaking points trying. Being told I wasn't smart, athletic, pretty, dedicated, effective, important, or even tall enough, even being told I was bad genetics for future children. I tried to prove everyone wrong defining myself for others. Lately I'm starting to see that I can be the former college athlete that runs marathons, loves vintage and dressing up who works in Hollywood and at a softball field. I'm also the girl that likes wearing no makeup and can't wait to change out of fancy clothes. I realized it's ok to be all of that and I don't have to define myself to please others.

Oh how I’d like to go back to the spires of batuu. This May 4th got those feels going to all the fun times seeing fireworks in the sky above, the short wait times for the falcon ride, the drinks at Olga’s... the tatooine sunrises I made with home brought vials. From opening day till the last night disney was open, you have been an amazing experience and a huge deathstar size of Star Wars feels, Galaxy’s edge. #batuu #galaxysedge #starwars #maythe4thbewithyou #disneyland #thechild #funwithfriends #missingdisney
