🎥 VIERTE WELLE FESTIVAL 2026: BERLIN MIGRANT RECAP

✨ We continue sharing moments from the festival with a closer look to the Berlin Migrant category, a program that invites us to look at the city through migrant perspectives.

Berlin is not a fixed image but a space in constant movement, shaped by memory, migration, and the tensions between belonging and exclusion. A city formed through multiple histories and imaginaries that challenge dominant narratives and open up other ways of seeing and inhabiting it. Thanks to the curation of Dalila Muñoz (@sudakadelviento ) and to the directors who shared their work with us.

📢 Audience Award winners will be announced soon, stay tuned!

🎥 Video and editing by Nina Sayuri (@ninisayuri)

This event is organized by Sorora e.V. [@sorora_ev] in collaboration with Karne Kunst [@karnekunst], Xochicuicatl e.v], and Lichtblick Kino [@kinolichtblickberlin], and funded by the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion Berlin.

Ohne dich, ohne euch –
wie lebt man weiter?
Ich weiß es nicht.

Sie trafen mich,
mitten ins Herz.
Sie verbrannten und zerstörten,
stahlen meine Träume,
meine Zukunft.

Sie vertrieben mich aus dieser Stadt –
doch ich konnte nicht gehen.

In der Dunkelheit habe ich mich verloren.
Ich gehe weiter, ohne zu wissen wohin.
Ich suche euch überall
und kann niemanden fragen:
Wo seid ihr? Wie geht es euch?

Ich habe verloren.
Verloren.
Verloren.
Meine Liebsten.

@nuriye.jendrossek
@burcinkeskin__
@calimaat
@leejenkin__

Es kommt zusammen, was zusammen gehört.
Leidenschaft. Talent. Haltung.

Stay tuned.
