This show has meant the absolute world to me. Katherine is such a beautiful character, and I am forever grateful that I have had the opportunity to portray her for the last few months. This experience will live on in my heart forever! I know Jake and Bri would be so proud of all of us. We all have missed them so much, but we truly felt their presence in the crowd every night! This cast and crew has had such a special bond, and I wouldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone else. Thank you all for giving me Something to Believe In! Newsies forever!🗞️

newsies forever! 🩶🗞️

this show was so amazing to do. we had such a wonderful cast and crew, and so many memories were made that i'll never forget. i loved getting closer to my older friends and making new ones as well. newsies will always hold a very special place in my heart.

newsies has always been a reminder of jake ever since i worked as his assistant choreographer for newsies jr. a few years ago. so, i knew i had to do this show once again after his passing. it would undoubtedly bring up old memories and i would think of jake at every moment, but i knew i wanted to come back to it for him. we also had another unexpected loss in the theater community recently, and i knew that we would undoubtedly honor this show to her. i know that bri would've absolutely loved doing newsies, no doubt about it. so to me and several others in the cast, this show was all about the two of them. and i hope we did well in honoring their memory. i know we all miss them beyond belief. 🩶
