I actually love cooking in the summer.

Life is a little slower, we can take time to be creative, cook together and sit down to enjoy some delicious food.

It was fun looking through my camera reel at all the amazing food I enjoyed this summer. Some meals were a collaboration with my husband, some were a part of workshops I’ve hosted, some were restaurant meals and other’s were recipes I’ve developed or styled.

As much as I love summer cooking, I’m really looking forward to the fall. Think warm spices, harvest vegetables, hardy soups, and all the comfort foods 🤤

Looking for opportunities to cook with us in the fall?

Check out Pineridge Hollow’s fall harvest-to-table workshop, RET-Life classes, student workshops at the UpfM and much more. Message me for more information.

‘She’ was in the Zone!🤘🔥

Fired up the @deadcentersmokers drum the other day. It’s been a minute since I’ve rolled smoke and been transported into my place of Zen! 💨 😊

‘She’ was running Hot & Fast, and holding a perfect temp on a windy fall day.
