🏃‍♀️☀️ Every run tells a story. Every session builds strength.

It’s not just about the miles you cover — it’s about the moments in between. The recovery, the conversations, the commitment, and showing up even when it gets tough. 💪🏼..

Go Beyond 2026 ✅ - man it inspired me!

Twelve hours, one route, and a room full of people choosing to show up for something harder than they needed to. Some ran just 2 laps. A LOT ran 12.

Nobody there was chasing a medal, they were chasing something in themselves, and that’s the part that got me. It meant so much more than just running.

This is exactly what GROUND was built for. Not just a gym. Not just a run. A place where movement becomes the excuse for something bigger, people getting stronger together, carrying each other through the last lap, showing up for strangers like they’re family by the end of the day.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, who marshalled, who cheered, who believed in this before it existed. You built something with us on Saturday that was so much bigger than an event.

Save the date. Go Beyond is coming back next year, and this was only the beginning.

Not my usual piece of content, but God has called us(men) to stand up for those who can't.

Dudes, this is biblical, not optional. It's our job to look after our women.

Stand firm and act like men, our woman's lives depend on it.

The devil is hard at work so it's time that we step into what God has called us to.

@rumbleseries_za Quartet Edition 2026 🏋🏼

My first real intermediate competition in CrossFit ✅
Turns out “intermediate” is just a fancy word for professionally humbled.

A little broken, A lot inspired.
Left with a whole new level of respect for the sport 🫶🏽

Another PB in the bag🥇
Gun Run 2026 🔫
Overall position 27th🏃‍♂️
2:37 shaved off previous PB

After having an injury a week prior to the race I went into the race head strong and knew that the 6-7 week training block would have put me in good stead to attempt a PB.

Beautiful route and amazing cheering from the sideline. ⛰️

Thanks to @calvinhammond_ft for having people shout “Go Calvin” thinking the cheering was for me.

Thanks @daveyontherun for the sub 1:15 pacing. 💨
And thank you to my little support crew who make the difference.
