For the last 5 years I’ve been on the road with @byanymeansbasketball running camps and coaches education in 30+ countries. Every academy we worked with had incredible coaching. The business side was a different story. Our own By Any Means academies were no different. So we built @fullcontrol.hq One place to run your website, ads, leads, members, payments, scheduling and parent app. My part has been the content side: the launch video, the ads, the content library and creative requests. A lot of it built with the same AI workflows I used to make this post. This is just the start. Follow along to see how we keep building. @fullcontrol.hq

No one’s coming to save you… I decided to quit a job that didn’t align with what I saw for myself in 2021 and bet on myself and that was the best decision I ever made. I want to share my journey breaking into sports not only to document my experiences but to help anyone else that may feel stuck or knows they have bigger aspirations to reach.

Year 1 🤝 A year ago I decided to move across the country, twice… and pursue a dream of mine in San Diego. It’s been one of the most challenging years of my life while also being one of the most formative years of my life as well 2 retreats, dozens of camps & clinics, 100s of sessions & practices, 100s of pieces of content, 10s of 20s of podcasts, a brand new facility, coaching across state lines, beginners, elementary, middle school, high school, college and professionals. I’m beyond grateful to be in a position to impact and lead, lead athletes & fellow coaches. To be able to help start someone’s basketball journey all the way to helping a professional athlete extend their career. This year has been confirmation that I, like anyone else reading this, can make their dreams come true and carve out the life you truly desire. The journey isn’t perfect, it’s a constant process and that’s okay, it’s mine. To all the athletes, families and coaches I’ve had the pleasure of working with and developing relationships with, thank you for the opportunity and believing in me. Your trust and belief is in good hands, this is just the start of the impact I believe I can have. I cherish every relationship I’ve built and every opportunity I’ve been granted To many more 🫶
