Empty spaces. What are we living for? It’s with this melody that we opened our first installation at KRONE COURONNE, in the midst of the pandemic.

It followed with projects touching on notions of time, of care, of anti-authoritarian roots, of printing techniques, of stitches, through gleaning to bodily situations and boat rides.

Three years of learning and unlearning, conversations, parties, performances, karaoke nights and new friends.

We are still here, kicking off another 2 years of KRONE COURONNE this coming Friday!

@oto.museum is proud to welcome you !
@polisonum will be in Switzerland presenting with OTO SOUND MUSEUM the sound performance 'Mouvement', executed for the first time at @kunsthallesanktgallen with the participation of the Sinfonieorchester St.Gallen.
The work challenges the limits of musical instruments and the conventional rules through which they are normally played, as well as the capabilities of the human body’s resistance.
🎻🎻🎻🎻
Can't wait!
Thanks to @giovannicarmine and Karl Schimke for their energy and support! 💪🏻😎
See you there 📣

𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘝𝘪𝘦𝘸𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘳𝘵 is a new publication that develops a critical analysis of the format of the curatorial residency as a research model, focusing on the experience of the Young Curators Residency Programme, promoted by Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo since 2007. The leading exponents of the Italian art system, its institutions, its spaces, and narratives become the object of an intensive exploration through a multiplicity of perspectives, interests and theoretical approaches, underlining potentialities and limits of this format. The book also offers a comprehensive survey on recent Italian art as made evident through the extensive documentation of the final exhibitions that took place between 2007 and 2020.
