Small Business Saturday spotlight: Camalee Giles of Cam’s Cookies 🍪

Camalee lives right here in Pleasant Grove. Her cookies were already a local favorite before she had a storefront, and now you can find her on Main Street in downtown Pleasant Grove.

Catering is a big part of what she does too, so keep her in mind for your next party or event.

Yes, the cookies are still $1.

Open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 to 7. Stop in and support a neighbor.

🍪My all time favorite chocolate chip cookies!! 🍪

Get this question a lot ….
So I finally compiled a list of my faves!

I am VERY PICKY with my chocolate chip cookies!!

Every store, gas station, and soda shop has a chocolate chip cookie - but not every cookie is created equal.

THESE are the cookies I’ll always say yes to and I’ll grab a few extras for sharing or for later!! 😹😹

🍪My newest all time favorite:
@sugarcoated_cookieco !!

Soft, gooey, and massive!! This is my #1 pick because there’s a glorious mixture of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and sea salt.

You can find this beautiful cookie at the Orem Farmer’s Market but hurry beside they sell out!! They also just launched on Hot Plate, so order in advance and pick up at a later date.

🍪Less cookie and more cookie dough - this @twistedsugartreats is a cookie I’ll never say no to. Super soft and served at room temp, she’s full of large milk chocolate chips.

🍪This @dunkedcookies chocolate chip cookie is the closest thing you can get to Levain cookies but in Utah.

Bad news: This is the hardest cookie to get your mitts on…. Look for pop ups and online ordering.

I love that these beauties come sealed!! I store them in the freezer and they stay super fresh!

🍪The Amby cookie from @rubysnap is an absolute classic! The browned butter base is what sets her apart. That, plus high quality chocolate and walnuts. Yummmm!!

She’s a classic and you can always find her on the Ruby Snap menu.

🍪This gorgeous cookie from @thesodamix is for the semi-sweet chocolate lover. Served warm …. She’s huge and she’s a definite 10!!

🍪 This chocolate chip cookie from @thecravecookies is for the milk chocolate lovers. She’s served warm and is so gooey.

You can always find this babe on the Crave menu!!

🍪This cutie from @camscookies___ is smaller than the other cookie options but she packs a punch!

She’s served at room temp and sealed for freshness - you don’t want to sleep on this cookie!
