When schedules come out you will notice that what was traditionally called “Weight Training” is now being called “Human Performance.”

This is a project I have been working on for a WHILE now! I’m so excited to finally share it with you all.

We will still build fast, strong, conditioned athletes. That is not up for debate! But we are after something bigger! The discipline you will build in this class/ program will spill into every area of your life. How you love. How you serve. How you worship.

Human Performance is bigger than just preparing for sport.

Let’s get after it this school year!

Not sure how else to explain it, but my heart kind of feels like it could BURST when I remember that this is my family, and my job each day is to love these two with my whole being. Psalm 107:1 is my heart’s song, “Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever!”

Overcome with joy&wonder&overwhelm at the Lord’s faithfulness to me. May I never forget it!

Our baby turned one!!

A year ago, I never could have fathomed the way this love would overcome me. Motherhood is the greatest gift I didn’t think I was ready for, and the Lord has used this blessing to sanctify and renew my heart. The joy she brings is a foretaste of our Father’s love for us, and makes me long for eternity with Him.

I adore this little life we’ve been given @canaanbennett
