Big changes for the Canary family! 💙🧡

It has been a CRAZY few weeks, but we have officially moved from Indiana to Florida! Living so close to both our families is something God knew was the desire of my heart. Years of faithfulness to the Lord and what he wanted for our family, and all the highs and lows in between has gotten us here, and God, we are so thankful for it all. 😭

JT starts his first day of school next week as an ESE teacher, and I can already see the fire in his heart to serve the sweet high schoolers at Hardee Senior High School. Meeting his students today has made him even more excited to get started and love on these kids, and make sure they know they can ALL do it, and get a high school degree. I am so blessed to be married to a man that not only loves on his wife and daughter so well, but all the overflow can go right into these kids.

Pray for our family, for Mr.Canary and his students, and for a great school year ahead! 🐅💙🧡

Life lately, since November 1 of 2025.

There is a picture from every month since I last posted, with a few extras in April and May for very good reasons.

Behind each slide are countless memories that I am so blessed to have. There is stillness, laughter, victory, reflection, listening, more laughter, celebration, joy, & community.

It’s insanely hard to wrap my mind around everything the Lord has blessed me with. I am so grateful for it. I am constantly in awe of the blessings found in friendships, His creation, and His word. Praise be to God for this life I am living! 🤍🎉

1 whole year of Paisley Kate Canary! 🥹💗 Happy birthday to the little human that has brought me so much happiness. I can’t even put to words truly how much being a Mama to this little one has changed my life. She has such a love for her family, the biggest and most genuine smile, and an intense love for the show Young David, and it truly makes her one of the most special beings I have ever met. Her love for Cheerios, Dyson vacuums, and her crib make her so special and clearly prove that she is my daughter. 🫣🤣

Paisley, keep on shining your little light. I can’t wait to see how Jesus directs your life watch you continue to bring happiness and instant smiles to everyone around you. I love love love you so incredibly much! Happy birthday my pumpkin pie! 🥹🫶🏻💗🎂

This is somewhat of my version of everyone’s “2016” post. I’ve been a Hoosier my entire life, and there was honestly never a time up until recently where I thought we’d have any chance to win in football. As an Indiana sports fan, I’ve also never witnessed my team win anything on the big stage (came close with the Pacers this year) so this was an unbelievable moment for me.

The journey was hard, but worth it. I’m so proud to be an Indiana Hoosier.

A trip to Florida means a trip to the lake. A place we love so much. Where JT and I spent so much time when we were dating, where JT proposed to me, and now a place we get to vacation with Paisley and to see family. What a sweet time in life. 💛
