My angel baby girl and I out on the land starting the new year off right. My little expert shooter, hitting the target every time. Loves being safe and respecting the weapon while obliterating the target 😎 #whatmakesyouhappy #daddysgirl #teachemright #oohrah #devilpup

Our 9th year of seeing Santa at @bassproshops. We love the setting, experience, and tradition.

We were so busy this year, that we literally got there 30 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve, but made it happen! Many different locations and different Santa’s? Here’s to 40 more years of this together!

end of an era

here’s to a place that introduced me to a lot of my favorite people (not all shown), waves of knowledge and skills, and a whole family of mine.

❄️ What an awesome Snow Day! ❄️ Brooks & Ambiel were able to play when the snow was soft and perfect! Doesn’t happen often here, but we love it when it does! Asher and Luna were ready to pull a sled for sure! 🐺#snowday #snow #mentonealabama

I was inspired to write this almost 14 years ago just before I was lead to begin my journey to become a Marine. I was attending the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s performance of Bruckner’s 8th Symphony and the words just poured out of me onto the notebook that I carried around. Who knew how true these words would be and the journey that has been these last years.

Today as we turn the page on 2024 and enter 2025, this came to mind again. I hope that this can inspire someone to keep going, keep trying, just wait for the power and beauty that is on the way!

Core memories made on last night’s daddy-daughter date to the Lindsey Stirling concert in Huntsville. What an unforgettable experience! The energy, artistry, and sheer talent she brought to the stage were mind blowing. She puts on a stunning show! Like cirque du soleil with a violin! Ambiel was already making plans to see her again next year! 😆 #daddydaughterdate #ambielkadence #lindseystirling #snowwaltztour @lindseystirling
