POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This chapter isn't just about the science or the trade, at the beginning and the end of the beauty industry THIS IS A BUSINESS! Leadership, marketing, book keeping, and a deep knowledge + understanding of how different the experience looks and feels when it's on the face of a brown person - it what changes lives!

He does not call the prepared, but he prepares the called. I promise you, God knows exactly what he's doing right now. I'm just the vessel in the waiting room .. patiently awaiting the fruits!

Thank you to every black woman who has created space in their heart and schedule to curate more seats at the table - Or as @candicethepa would say, "Thank You for sending the elevator back down!" 🙌🏽

This is what community looks like 🫶🏽 Not just exchanging business cards, but exchanging ideas. Sharing stories. Opening doors. Making introductions. Pouring into each other and genuinely wanting to see the person beside you win.

The Medical Mixer reminded us just how powerful it is to simply get in the room. But community was never meant to happen once a year.

We’re creating more spaces to connect, grow, breathe, and just be… outside of the titles and white coats.

And the next room is already being prepared. 👀🤍
Something new is coming next month.

The White Coat Collective
Where purpose meets profession.

@shotbyddot captured these inspiring moments.
@akthashooter went crazy on the professional headshots.
@djemptybeats cultivated the vibes.
Forever grateful for @tribectrl creating this beautiful space.
