It's amazing how life surprises us, isn't it? Back in our NTU EEE days, we were more like passing ships, exchanging nothing more than quick greetings.

But then, out of the blue, she reached out to me and thought maybe we could explore some places together while she is in Japan. I agreed gladly because I wouldn't have to venture alone.

During this one week we grew closer than we ever did during those 3 years in EEE 🥳

I can't thank you enough for taking that initiative and bridging the gap between us. It was an absolute blast, and I genuinely had a great time. So, please, come back to Japan soon.

In the meantime, all the best and send you heaps of good luck 🍀 I'm eagerly waiting to hear your good news.

Remember, just be yourself, because that's when the magic truly happens 💕

I’ve always loved dancing. My dad used to say that I’d be moving up and down excitedly, grooving in his arms whenever and wherever music came on. At 10 years old, I had the opportunity to attend my first dance class in school when my school’s dance cca held an audition. I told anyone who asked that I was going for it, but when that day arrived and the fear of having to dance in front of others overtook me, I bailed. This fear went on to mar every opportunity I had going forward and dance became the one thing I always loved but never had the guts to get into.

So 10 year old me would never have guessed that she would one day overcome the fear and shame of being the worst in class, and neither would she have imagined that she would have the opportunity to teach people how to dance and to enjoy doing it so so much :”)

This compilation of mirror selfies before class is a compilation of the reflection of a dancer bean who occasionally still struggles to say she teaches but has somehow gained the courage to take hold of the immense opportunities given to her ❤️

And tagged are some very special people who have encouraged, supported, and inspired me to be this person. Happy International Dance Day!

Today marks the end of our dance practices for this semester! We are so happy to see everyone grow and spend sexy times together. 💃🏻
