Big Easy memories, built to last! ⚜️

Following yesterday's throwback to Chicago, I had to open the vault and look back at the powerhouse energy we brought to New Orleans for @nabtubuilds TWBN 2024.

From marching deep in solidarity to laughing with sisters under that Louisiana sun, every single moment reminds me why this movement is unstoppable.

Hit play to catch a few favorite flashes from NOLA, and get ready, we are bringing that exact same fire to Texas starting TODAY! 🔥

Drop a comment below if you were in New Orleans with us, and tag a sister who is ready for Houston!

This past Monday, the @dewalttough team traveled up from Maryland to @newstrongwomen (NEW) for a milestone Ribbon Cutting celebrating their historic partnership. As proud NEW alumni, @empress194 and I were thrilled to witness it firsthand!

Reflecting on my path: learning the ropes at NEW, stepping into @28sheetmetalworkers, and following in the footsteps of trailblazers like Leah Rambo (my unofficial Sheet Metal Fairy Godmother 😇 #iykyk), makes it clear: systemic change relies on mentorship, leadership, and visible representation from the ground up.

Huge shoutout to the amazing teams at DEWALT and NEW for keeping this vision alive every single day! 🧡💙

Tag a trailblazer who paved the way for you! 💪🏾

#tbt Some journeys aren’t just about the places we go but about the people who walk beside us and the lessons we learn along the way. Grateful that these ladies, each from different seasons, ages, and stages of my life, who joined me recently to celebrate. We shared laughter, fun & joy. I am thankful!
