Being in and around so much of the podcast space especially when it comes to relationships So much of it is based on how to go viral, get clicks, create a brand, monetize etc It’s often ran by the voices willing to be the most toxic, the most damaging to our culture, the most disconnected from how they actually live, what they have genuinely experienced, learned from, healed thru and mastered to be able to guide someone else safely There are a lot of us in these spaces who have the gift of gab and can string words together well enough to make compelling arguments to debate But the wisdom doesn’t cut thru to the core of true change A lot us are flat out playing with our own people consciously or unconsciously casting our unprocessed traumas, unproven belief systems and unresolved pain onto our culture that has so many of us in it that will respond to and resonate with toxicity before they do true stewardship Which leaves a huge demographic of millions of us who want genuine conversations, authenticity, rawness, imperfection coming from people who have the lived experienced to accompany their views My wife and I are no better than anyone else but I know how many hours we have and still both put into self discovery, thousands of people counseled, hundreds of retreat attendees lives changed and the sacrifices that go unseen we make to God to stay pure conduits for healing If you are reading this and want more balance in our podcast community check out our @god_itsmeagain_podcast and if you resonate with it let your tribe now it exists cuz I know how much power is in these convos We have years worth of content across all platforms and have recently centralized on YouTube Dm me if you would like the link dm to you and to those who been rocking with us from day one we love yal! Repost: @candyss.love Now I’ve been saying this FOR YEARS and y’all swear up and down my comments that “he changed” and “he pretended to be someone else for YEARS”!🙄 The truth that MOST women refuse to acknowledge is that he DID NOT CHANGE or PRETEND for YEARS! The mask slipped sooner rather than later. Others also saw it, but knew better than to say anything or they could be exiled from your life. It’s important to admit the truth so you can ACTUALLY LEARN from it. It probably showed up in somatic (bodily) sensations (stomach turning, indigestion, headache, neck tension, etc). It could also look like anxiety symptoms or unexplained sadness or trouble concentrating. Either way, you KNEW and didn’t want to know all at the same time. 🤨 People are their PATTERNS, only today no one pays real attention to that anymore. It’s not until you get knocked over the head or cheated on with your best friend that you finally “see” it. This is a feminine SKILL that you can learn to hone better. But it will take a radical acceptance and awareness that today’s modern woman doesn’t want.
