Finally got to link up with the homie @capitalceez_ We’re both doing the Chicago Half, and decided to do one last long run to test waters on where we are. Vibes were high and we were just flowing through miles. Turned up the last couple miles hitting sub 9’s.

Nothing like surrounding yourself around like minded people who want it as bad as you do. Linked up with the homie @lopez_moises89 and put some work in. Second half of the run made me realize I can push myself more than I have been this prep. Looking forward to put that up on race day.

Being on the lakefront with other runners on prep and just chasing after it hits different.

Let’s keep pushing. Let’s keep stacking days. Let’s keep moving forward. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

A couple days ago I got some sort of strain on my quad , but today’s run went smooth without any tightness or discomfort. That’s a good sign! Lets beat this heat, let’s keep pushing and keep stacking days.
To the homies on prep for any races , hope you all are crushing your sessions. LETS GET IT !
