So grateful for all the small business friends that fully understand that fire in reaching for those dreams. Imagine this… when you support this small business, imagine getting over 75 “thank you’s” each time you do! That’s not a wish, that is a dream and it’s simply the best!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Nurture your inner child 💗✨

As an artist, it’s one of the biggest joys for me to be able to share my love for creating with others. It was a dream come true to be able to teach my “inner child” clay earring making workshop at the @pillarstravelclub retreat in Tolu, Colombia.

The theme of the retreat was “wonder” so I encouraged everyone to get curious and playful during this workshop. It was amazing to see these talented women express themselves and create wonderful creations for their inner child.

It can be difficult sometimes to find time to nurture your inner child. Life happens. There’s always another task that needs to be taken care of. But I guarantee, if you find a way to dedicate time each day to nurturing your inner child, you’re going to be more able to show up for yourself in all areas of life.

You can nurture your inner child in lots of ways! It doesn’t have to be complicated or require a lot of equipment. It could be as easy as doing a doodle a day, working on a puzzle, journaling, or revisiting a favorite childhood activity.

Ultimately that is what led me to become who I am today. One day, I got curious and asked myself: “what lit me up as a kid?” And my immediate intuitive thought was “play doh.”

I’m so glad I nurtured that one simple thought because it turned into me finding my passion for creating wearable art, which then led me to this incredible opportunity to share my passion for creativity with this incredible group of women on this retreat. 💫

You really never know where your creativity can lead you, so I really encourage you to get curious and explore what creativity looks like in your life.

This experience really showed me that if you remain curious and open, life really will show you how wonderful it can be. 🥰

Thank you thank you thank you to all the incredible women who were on this retreat and allowed me to share my craft with you all. You inspire me daily. 💗

How can you create a little more wonder in your life today? How can you let your inner child out to play? ✨

One of my favorite parts of being a retreat photographer isn’t just traveling to beautiful destinations; it’s getting to know the women who came there to experience it.

During this trip to Colombia, I had the chance to spend one-on-one time with each woman during her own portrait session. Every story was different. Every woman brought something uniquely her own. And yet, somehow, they were all connected by the same desire to step away from everyday life, say yes to themselves, and experience something new.

Some were celebrating the women they’ve become. Others were rediscovering themselves. Some arrived confident, while others slowly stepped outside their comfort zones with every passing day. Watching those transformations, even in small ways, is something I’ll never take for granted.

I truly believe every retreat should include a portrait session. Not because everyone needs beautiful photos (though that’s certainly a bonus), but because these moments deserve to be remembered. We change when we travel. We grow. We become a little braver. And having photographs that capture who you were in that exact season of life is a gift you’ll carry long after the trip ends.

It’s such an honor to witness these journeys from behind my camera and to create images that remind these women of their strength, their joy, and the adventure they chose for themselves.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the amazing team at @pillarstravelclub , where creating meaningful experiences and genuine connections is at the heart of every trip. Getting to combine my love for travel, photography, and meeting extraordinary women from all walks of life truly feels like a dream.

To every woman I photographed in Colombia, thank you for trusting me, for sharing pieces of your story, and for letting me capture this chapter of your life. It was an honor I’ll never forget. ❤️

You glow girl ✨💞

The best part of my job is meeting all of you beautiful souls 🫶🏻 I met this lovely lady who shared her story and journey with me and I’m so happy we crossed paths. She is glowing after just one IPL Photofacial. She had a tough telangiectasia on her cheek that we were able to get rid of with a deep spot treatment. So stoked with these results! Can’t wait to see how her skin will be after 3 sessions 😍

Each woman brought a piece of her world to Colombia. 💕🇨🇴

That’s what made the week with @pillarstravelclub so special. The week found its own rhythm. Not overly scheduled just space to be.

Morning movement. Ocean swims. Pool afternoons. Photoshoots. Workshops. Creative projects. Long conversations over fresh, nourishing meals. A lantern release under the stars.

Every experience made room for another.

I shared my Dopamine Routine workshop. We talked about building rhythms that support us instead of overwhelm us, and how small, intentional choices can quietly change so much more than we realize.

Watching the ripple afterward has been one of my favorite parts.

Women getting promoted and promoting others. Delegating work that can be shared. Drinking more water. Finally making the appointment. Building the businesses they’ve been dreaming about. Taking positive risks and being rewarded. Pushing comfort zones. Creating routines that actually feel like them.

The best part, though, was watching every woman lead from her own lived experience and generously share her gifts.

When women gather and cheer each other into action, beautiful things happen. ✨

Allow life to be full of wonder 💗🫶🏼✨

Thank you @pillarstravelclub for a nurturing and uplifting experience in Tolu, Colombia with the most incredible women.

COLOMBIA 🇨🇴 Where life feels a little more alive. For one unforgettable week, @nido_vacations Casa MULÉ became our little sanctuary tucked beneath the palms of Colombia’s Caribbean coast.

Warm air drifting through open windows.
Palm trees dancing in the breeze.
Coffee shared over slow mornings.
Laughter echoing around the pool.

And the kind of connection that happens when women from different places come together with open hearts and a shared desire for more from life.

As a photographer, I always arrive thinking my job is to capture beautiful moments.

But what I love most about traveling with @pillarstravelclub is that the real magic isn’t what you can photograph.

It’s the feeling.

The feeling of being completely present.

The feeling of belonging, even when you’re thousands of miles from home.

The feeling of watching strangers become friends.

The feeling of realizing how much beauty exists in the world when you give yourself permission to experience it fully.

And maybe that’s why these Pillars retreats feel so special.

They’re not just trips. They’re reminders. To be present.
To be curious. To say yes. To collect memories instead of things.

So, here I am, leaving with a camera full of memories and a heart that’s somehow a little fuller than when I arrived. ❤️

🌃 Nighttime views from my room @bergamothill.studios

I used to work late nights a lot in years past; when my babies were little. This way, my husband would work during the day, and I'd work weekends and nights. We were able to avoid paying for daycare this way - though it was a big sacrifice.

I used to see this view often. I've been looking out of these midtown windows for over 5 years now. It had been awhile since I had seen it at night since I mostly only work during school hours these days. But earlier this week, I came in late to accommodate a facial client, and was able to take this all in.
